I think all the time about the fact that Fiona Dourif is devastatingly beautiful while also looking exactly like Brad Dourif, who I love, but creeps me out. It's like a weird optical illusion that makes my brain freak out.

I've been trying to work out where my irrational hatred for Jason Sudeikis came from. After watching him in Ted Lasso and then seeing him and other cast members interviewed about it, I realised he's a good egg. He was funny in Always Sunny and I hadn't seen him in much else, so why the hate? And then I realised the first thing I saw him in was Colossal and my simplistic brain was like HE BAD MAN. HE HURT ANNE HATHAWAY. ME HATE.
I am an expert at crushing on mostly dead fandom/"media is long over" characters, not even talking about Morris but if you've seen my other crushes from like 90s games. I always thought thay while fictional characters live and die in fiction they have another realm of existence which is being "alive" as a real concept. Like characters exist as long as there is someone to percieve and remember them. So even if everyone loses interest after the blorbo story is over and forgets them, as long as there is someone who still thinks about them and keeps them close to their heart they will continue to live.
I think about very obscure characters that probably nobody else thinks about sometimes, and even though I'm not with them romantically anymore I also still like and think about my previous f/os, including childhood ones. I have a hard time removing strong interests like that fully from my brain
Do you think they knew what they were doing when they added the lyric "bustin' makes me feel good" to the Ghostbusters theme song?
I know this is probably explained in Ghostbusters media I've yet to consume, but you think that Vinz and Zuul absolutely HAD to bang to get Gozer into the world as a ritual? Or was it a "Quick, there's time before the boss shows up. Take off your clothes" kinda deal?

Parallel parking makes me think of that urban legend about snakes sizing up their owners to eat them.
It should be illegal to go to sleep in an aisle seat if you don't know the person in the window seat.
Commuter thought of the day: If Enchanted and When Emma falls in love are really about the same person, it makes the latter even more heartbreaking. Think about it, when they first meet, Taylor is so smitten, hoping and praying that this amazing person isn’t in love with someone else. And then as time goes on, it turns out your feelings are unrequited and your crush is in fact about to fall in love with someone else. And because you know what it feels like to be in love with her, you KNOW that boy‘s world is about to change.
Please don’t be in love with someone else > when you fall in love that boy will never be the same > you’ve found someone and you’ll change his world forever (while I watch from the sidelines) 😢
Thanks for making me tear up in the car on the drive home, Taylor…
