For the last two weeks I have been altering a lot of things as far as diet, and exercise goes. The first week was a little rough. The second week I really dialed into it. Got my DDPYoga program going at 3 times a week. Doing some sort of light boxing training at night 3-5 times a week has gone well. It has helped carve about 8 pounds off of me this week alone. It might be mostly water weight but I’ll take it. Starting to feel like the light inside of me is cracking through to the surface again and it’s a wonderful thing. Try and stay positive everyone.
