haneul always looks forward to the end of his shifts simply because he has the sweetest little lady to return home to, but this one’s a little different. it’s a slow night, which is usually fine, except this slow night also has led to a substantially low amount of tips too. yuna needs more diapers and he really shouldn’t wait to get those, else he have to macgyver diapers for the entirety of the day tomorrow. that’s not an option. so he does what he normally does: he leans over the bar casually at one of the more distressed patrons for the night--- easy smile on his lips with a little heart eyes, all in hopes of pulling in a few extra bucks to cover what he hasn’t made. “rough day, huh?” he chuckles, nodding at their diminishing drink. “can i make you another before i leave for the night?”

｡:゜☆｡ ･ﾟﾟ･｡. “WE’RE NOT LOST.” She insisted, although the shakiness of her voice and the way she clung onto their arm said perhaps the otherwise. “I know we’re where going, okay??” It doesn’t help the fact that it was dark as it could get tonight and her phone had died long ago. She couldn’t make any calls to her driver or to one of her older sisters to pick them up. Plus, Jinsu was insistent on having a fun night and so what she promised should be given. “On second thought, maybe we are a bit lost---could you take your phone and see where we are...”

    Brown hues soften, studying him carefully as he wraps himself up. It was almost as if she was hurt by the action, saddened by the fact that he wouldn’t allow her to. “I’m sorry,” she whispers, slowly moving closer to him, crawling upon the bed before a shaky hand reaches out to cup his cheek. “I shouldn’t have done that.”

okay, asking someone out wasn’t that crazy but she didn’t like the idea of rejection, and if she were to be honest with herself, she was clearly NOT prepared for it. but something pushed her today; some unexplainable force that brought her here to this person. “i would totally understand if you said no because, duh, why would you bother going out with me, right? but like, i don’t know, if you ever wanna grab a bite somewhere, that’d be cool.” smooth.
