You are out of order if you are trying to preach during the offering, testimony service or announcements. Therefore your gift inside the church is not being exercised. You feel the need to use it inside the church building but only get to once or twice a year. Well there are many open doors in the hospital, shelter, food pantry, grocery store, jail, nursing home and most of all YOUR house. Yes it does not feel good when your gift is not exercised where you seek training but I am a witness that hands on experience in the streets is the best teacher and training in the field. So now you see many with titles doing nothing.
