Bom Dia! Let´s admit, most of us are really good at worrying... Worrying about this and that and also worrying to not have enough time for certain things. That´s how we spend even the best moments not enjoying what is there, not being present, but already running to organize the future that may not even be like what we imagined it. So relax. There is something like "divine timing" for the big things in our life and whatever it is about which we are stressing it will come to us when we are ready for it. I´m not saying you should just lay in bed all time dreaming and then magically things start to pop up and happen, of course we need to take a little action, too, to send the right signals to the Universe but each of us has their own timing while walking their path. And that´s fine. Not everything in our life has to happen right away. The best pasta sauces, the best meat or fish often have to cook for a long time, slowly, to develop their very own aroma and yes, it´s the same with the delicious events in our life ; ) - the fire must be on, they must be cooking, but if we want to eat without giving it time, without being patient, it´s not ready or burnt as we put the flame to high. Get what I mean? I think you do... So give things time, even or especially if you think you don´t have it... Prepare them with love, cook them slowly, look at them every once in a while to examine how ready they are but don´t rush. "Com calma" as the Portuguese say so nicely... tranquilo... As much as fast food is not really nourishing us our soul can´t be nourished by things that are rushed. So relax, cook it slowly, whatever it is, a project, relationships or just your dinner of course ; ) Take your time and enjoy! Especially on this Friday and this weekend!
