"Put that down! Thats not for you!"
“Oh yeah!? What’re you like, gonna do if I don’t? Are you gonna YELL at me? Are you gonna HIT me?” Pacifica kept her tiny hands wrapped around the stolen guitar.
She really had no plans for it outside of using as a device to get under the counselor’s skin. So far David was the only grownup left that hadn’t lost it and shouted at her. Pacifica didn’t trust him- he had to be hiding something. No one was just that nice for no reason!
“What if I smash it? You’re too pathetic to do anything anyways! I bet you won’t even like, try to stop me!”
It was lifted over her head, she made direct eye contact with him- daring the man to do something. Her stomach twisted with nervousness, would this finally make him break? Would it finally make him lose it and yell at her? She wanted him to snap- wanted to see where the lines where.
