108 sun salutations. 1 mission. Albert Hall, Jaipur.
Okay, so my alarm went off at 5 AM on a Sunday. Normally, a hard pass. But this was for something epic.
Kreeda Bharati organized a massive 108 Surya Namaskar session at the stunning Albert Hall in Jaipur. And leading it? The legendary Colonel Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore. Yeah. That guy. Discipline personified.
The theme was the trio: Energy. Discipline. Focus.
And man, did it deliver.
ENERGY: Imagine hundreds moving & breathing in perfect sync as the sun rose. You could feel the collective buzz. It wasn't just my workout, it was our powerhouse.
DISCIPLINE: With Col. Rathore's command, discipline wasn't a drag. It was the beat we all moved to. It was freeing. (Military precision + yoga = surprisingly magical).
FOCUS: By cycle 50, your mind tries to bail. But you learn to pull it back, again and again, to your breath, to the movement. It's a meditation in motion.
Historic venue. Incredible leader. Powerful practice.
Left feeling pumped, centered, and with a solid reminder: these three things are everything. On the mat, and in life.
