   The girl was happy in her tree. It was her little piece of heaven and no one could disturb her. Of course, unless a police officer came by and demanded she moved, or stop playing her guitar, but of course--that hardly happened. So Maybella was perfectly content with leaning against the large trunk of the tree and strumming the wooden instrument with a smile-- gently singing;      "The sky looks pissed. The wind talks back, my bones are shifting in my skin, & you, my love are gone..."

 "Baby girl, I love you." Cody laughed, his feet up on the table in his living room-- eyes darting over to Eden with a smile. "You know that? You and your stupid, endearing humor." He smiled over at her. "Why in the world would I girl like you even give me the time of day? Seriously. You're amazing. I love you to the world and back." Maybe the tough guy had one-to-many glasses of wine...

     "Babe! I'm home~" Lucy called out through Daniel's home, sliding her money back into her pocket from Lunch. She had been out with his father-- but that secret would stay hers. He didn't need to know-- until Daniel found out himself. The petite brunette waltzed through the large home, setting her left overs on the counter before stopping to look in a mirrior, fixing her hair before she walked to Daniel's room-- softly pushing open the door.      "Daniel? Is everything okay darling?" There hadn't been an answer from him when she walked in-- it was unusual. "Little bird? I'm back from lunch with Eden."

 Lucy would just stare at him for a really long moment and probably whisper an apology and then just sit in silence because that’s what would happen when she was locked up. She probs wouldn’t talk for a really long time and would try to clean everything but I like you nonnie. You have good ideas.

       Oh, here she was again. Luce was on Daniel’s door step— well, his old doorstep. She wasn’t sure if he still lived here or not. But the brunette stared at the beautiful door, her hand reaching up and knocking— her common knock when they were teenagers. She rest her body against the doorframe, waiting for an answer—from anyone.        Her body was so sore, so much pain. "Little bird--" she murmured, a slight suffocated noise coming from her mouth as she slipped to the ground, her head rested on her knees. She was sick, broken and lost. But Daniel should be here, he promised her there wouldnt be anyone else. Hed be here. Hed always be here.
