I want to begin by saying that the communication aspect of this project was at a decent level, even when I wasn’t on campus due to my illness. My group managed to compromise when disagreements arose and to offer better solutions when our expectations were not met.

While working on this project, I noticed that it became easier for me to be less stubborn when it comes to group projects and to listen to others' ideas because they matter to them as much as my ideas matter to me.

I also tried to talk more and explain almost all my ideas instead of sitting and listening to others. I think this was because during my previous group project I realised that I needed to do my part of the work before meeting the group, as this would give me a solid understanding of how I view the process/end result of the project. This is exactly what I did this time, which made the meeting with the group less frustrating for me.
