Waking up this morning with deep gratitude for my work. I have been stepping into new understanding and practice recently of what it means to be an entrepreneur in this time. Halfway through the year @earthstewardecology has grossed equal to our 2016 gross income, completed its three largest projects (with many challenges), and continues to operate without any loans or lines of credit ever used (with the exception of the occasional late paycheck or owing money to myself for that matter). I am extremely proud of this, being that the world is full of folks who can borrow what they don't need, and who can't borrow what they do need. I find myself in the middle, having refused credit cards my whole life now wanting to borrow to grow this business, and having neutral credit which seems just as useful as bad credit... No one grows a business on their own. I am infinitely grateful for the crew that is standing with me at this amazing time, and who have become the heart of what keeps me pushing through challenging moments that come up everyday. Thank you Earth Stewards for your love, support and commitment to a vision of creating a better relationship to place for current a d future generations. #soildarity #collardbills #earthfit #earthstewardecology
