They only put warnings for homosexuality and school shootings. And Im not even sure FOX made them do that, because the Following NEVER warns about homosexual acts before the episode. But it also has a higher age rating so who knows?
Yeah I have no idea why it's like that.

What gets me just as much as that is that apparently there was no trigger warning before the episode. It sounds like a small thing, but if I had been watching that would have been the difference between badly triggered and completely okay for me.
Yeah, Glee has a big problem with warnings. The only time they did it -I think- was because of a Brittana scene in Sexy, if I'm not mistaken. Car crashes, suicide, shooting, sexual abuse if fine, but girls loving each other, that's a whole other lvl, apparently.

Im not arguing Glees intention because I dont think they were trying to make fun of the issue. It just came across that way. The difference between this and the basement scene is Finn got his ass chewed out and had to apologize. They didnt.
Yeah, that was my issue with it, too. But you never know if this was one of those one episode type of storylines or if it'll be revisited on the future and they will apologize. I sincerely hope they do.
colferxchris replied to your post: People angry at Glee because of how Sam and Artie...
I dont watch anymore so remember Im only reading about it on tumblr. Im mad because of the fact it was barely said that they were in the wrong. I get what Glee was aiming for, I just do not appreciate it.
Imo they clearly showed that Artie and Sam acted the wrong way, but again, it's my opinion. Of course it's not an easy subject to deal with and it can be really triggering for a lot of people, but I think Glee's intention was clear. It would've been better if Artie and Sam had apologized though.
