I've always been interested in Crowley/Bobby as a ship - I tend to headcanon that Crowley had a thing for Bobby (though Crowley seems to have a ~thing, be it actual romance or lust or just general undefined longing, for EVERYONE these days, so that's not such an out there idea at this point I think :p). This headcanon also includes suspicions that some of the torture of Bobby's soul in Hell was sexual in nature.

My FAV Crowley ship used to be Crowley/Gabriel though :) I headcanoned them as having a kinda casual fuck buddies thing, with Crowley ending up getting a little more attached than he meant to.
