HI GUYS SORRY I KINDA FORGOT I HAD A BLOG

I am awful at updating this, but am going to try to make more of an effort to do so this year. Pretty much every personal blog/website project I’ve had over the years had ended up falling by the wayside in favor of the paper chase, but now that I have a big girl staff job, I sort of have a little bit of time to write for fun (a luxury I’ve not been able to enjoy in my past…oh…seven years of full-time freelancing/hustling).

We’ll see how far I get. For now, please do yourself a favor and check out Coldsfell, a new supergroup dealie that’s supposedly based in NYC and name-checks Nechochwen. It’s gorgeous, frosty melodic black/doom that goes heavy on the windswept atmosphere and refers to itself as “forest-inspired blackened doom.” They’ve got an album coming out in 2015, and two mesmerizing tunes posted on Bandcamp. Very stoked to hear more.

I love the quiet squeaky laughs. omg.

I LOVE THOSE TOO! But, my laugh is so loud until I start laughing so hard that no sound comes out and I'm crying.
