Personally I really liked pirates of the Caribbean 5. There was plot this time, while watching potc4 I get the feeling the writers couldn’t come up with any good ideas. I loved to see captain Jack Sparrow on big screen drinking rum. I wasn’t satisfied with the climax scene actually it just didn’t feel good enough. One thing in particular I loved was the way Salazar’s hair was floathing/moving as if it would still be in water all the time. Salazar was good antogonist and they even showed to audiance his past with Jack Sparrow and helped us understand his actions. There were some good jokes I really enjoyed in this movie. Many times through the movie i got cold shivers and that’s what I love with movies🎬

back then I've watched two films (and one short film) in one day which I randomly found on effedupmovies – Alone with her (2006), Portraits of Andrea Palmer (2017) and a Norwegian (i suppose) short film called Cold shivers (2016)
The first one was a bit worse than decent. I enjoyed the late 2000s atmosphere, hand-held shooting and the whole stalker theme. The plot was stupid, but what else would i expect. summing up, it was fine.
The second one has truly something, and no matter what I said previously, this film has been in my watch list for a long time. At first I couldn't really decide if it was pure pornography or if something deeper was hidden behind semi-realistic fetish content. I opted for the second one by the end of the film, the story made me ponder for some time after I finished watching. And of course, I wanted to take a shower immediately.
Speaking of the short film, I'm a huge fan of shorties. This one was definitely heartbreaking and actually made me tear up. The dialogues, silent scenes and obvious innuendos made me feel something similar to grieving. I'm not sure what exactly am I grieving, but I definitely do whenever I think about this film.
So, yep, this is my short adventure to the world of odd independent (?) cinema lol
