Yellow: 7 facts about my childhood

 1. I was never really sad when my parents got divorced. I guess I’m pretty lucky about that.

 2. I used to go camping with my grandparents all the time, and those memories are some of my fondest. I love that campground.

 3. Even though I hated my elementary school and everyone in it, I don’t think I became a bitter or angry person until middle school. I was a fairly happy kid.

 4. I used to have nightmares a LOT when I was little, and my mom would sit and rock me until I fell asleep again. I used to pretend to be sick all the time so she would do that more often. This continued until I was ten. I know it’s pathetic, but being rocked is soothing, okay!?

 5. One time my neighbor friend, Charlie, hit me in the head with a golf club and my whole head went numb so I didn’t know he had broken the skin and there was blood covering half of my face. I think he was really embarrassed, so he didn’t tell me I was bleeding. His dad came out and freaked out and then Charlie started crying and apologizing and I felt bad because he was so upset and I kept trying to hug him and tell him it was okay. I got so much blood on his shirt and his dad was just trying to get me in the house but I wanted Charlie to know I wasn’t angry. I don’t know why I remember that so vividly. XD

 6. I used to love my middle name. I was so proud of it that I wrote it on all of my papers and sometimes I even skipped my first name. One time I had written my full name and a substitute teacher read it out loud in this unintentionally funny voice and all the kids in my class started laughing at me and they made fun of me for it for days. I’m still really weird about my middle name. I’m not sure if I even like it anymore.

 7. In kindergarten I was convinced I was in love with this boy named Peter who looked like a mouse and reminded me of Peter Pettigrew. He was one of those weird kids who hung out with the cool kids and no one really said anything because he didn’t do any harm, but it was just awkward. He was odd. Anyway, in art class, he used to challenge people to “scissor fights.” Everyone would just stand in a circle and snip away at each other, but no one ever got hurt. One time I challenged him because c’mon, I loved the kid. And he cut open my knuckle. I got in huge trouble for starting the fight and then I realized I was not in love with him. Ah, young love.

 Grey: 2 facts about my favorite things

 I don’t really know how to go about this. My favorite thing in the world is drama class, so I’ll just tell you about it. How’s that?

 Drama class is what gets me out of bed in the morning. My peers make me laugh when I forget to smile, and let me cry when I’ve been holding something in for too long. I have learned so much about myself through them, through the shows, and through all of our fights. We’re like a real family. We fight, we yell, and we cry, but we conquer. We get through everything together and we kick ass. Our teacher is a flawless human being and she holds us together and makes sure we’re not being stupid. I love drama. Two more days is not enough.

 Purple: 10 facts about my room

 1. The walls are silver with a sort of taffeta-ish finish. They sparkle in the sunlight.

 2. My bedspread is purple with dark purple/black flowers. It looks pretty elegant, if I do say so myself.

 3. I have a string of Harry Potter posters that Family Video let me have. It’s beautiful.

 4. I have a huge window that overlooks the backyard and it’s pretty as fuck. When I’m lying in bed in the morning, I can only see the green of the leaves in the trees; not the traffic and the street and shit. I pretend I live in a forest because that would be fucking awesome.

 5. I don’t have a lock on my door, which is rather inconvenient at times.

 6. I’m not allowed to hang posters without express permission from my stepdad, and I’m also not allowed to put things under the bed, but FUQ DA POLICE. I do it anyway. And it really pisses my stepdad off. CAN’T BE TAMED.

 7. I hate making my bed. It is one of the worst chores because it’s accepting the fact that I can’t just get back in and sleep and ignore everyone.

 8. My room is gorgeous at sunset because of the gleam on the walls. Ahhh…so prettyyy.

 9. I have way too many purple accessories in my room. I like purple. :3
