OKAY HOW ABOUT WHEN SAM IS LEAVING GLENN'S ROOM AND HE DOES THAT LIKE PETTING HEAD THING. OR THE "BALCONY" SCENE WHEN THEY'RE ALL GIDDY AND CAN'T STOP TOUCHING EACH OTHER. AND SERIOUSLY, APPLEMAN WAS BRIL.

AND YES, i have such ISSUE with all the times SAM KEPT PETTING GLENN?? the first time i watched it, even as i was trying to wrap my mind around this strange adaptation, the thing that kept getting me ANGRY were all the times HE KEPT PETTING HIM. and by angry i mean, SUPER EMOTIONAL. cause i am pretty sure the majority of those were ad libbed. cause i cant see the script being like, “now pet him here and here and here and here and HERE AND ALWAYS” dkjfhafkasdhfsdfsd. i’m going to make a gifset of all the petting soon. :’))))))
and the “balcony” scene is in my top 2 fave scenes from this movie. ALSO, fun fact: that was the first scene matt and seth shot. so they were still getting to know each other in the sense of, how they were going to work their way around the romantic lines AND the making out part. so im pretty sure half of them being giddy and BREATHLESS were matt and seth as much as they were glenn and sam and fjkdhfasjfasd. which is why the director teased matt about his face always turning bright red during those scenes ahahahfdhjhjad.
