One of these days Ill do a full post on the different ways Inks can vary in sibverse. But this particular Ink can access and manipulate the code of people and the AU he is in. Essentially a "hacker" sort of person, who uses "cheat codes" entered into his tablet (Tabbie) to fight instead of paint and ink.
