There are actually a /lot/ of fusion cores in the game. I had up to 40, almost 50 at one point. I also know the site with a great landmark map that shows you where lots of unique items (including fusion cores) are

And since I last asked, I’ve been dealing well with the power armor. My issue now is with the settlements right now because they’re a disaster (tbh I just wonder what is the point of those? Like what is the most I can get out of it if I make all settlements good and everyone is happy? Good if I ally myself with the Minutemen I imagine but about resources? I’m terrible at it sorry). I’ve also done the Freedom Trail so I met Deacon.

I’m very slow but I’m getting better. And I’ve been told that I needed to get Persuasion perks, so I’ve been adding points to Charisma but idk if there’s another perk I can use for persuasion.

And romance: 0. I only got Nick’s personal quest right now, I imagine I should get all the personal quests first before romancing anyone. And of course you can’t romance Nick :/
