Omg YAY I'm glad to be writing Otter (mw19) I love him I feel like his character is really unique. like much of the mw19 cast actually, but he is part of the most interesting ones imo given his upbringing and stuff. reposting his dossier bc people don't realise just how rich mw19 was with character building.
Compulsive shoplifter. Like it's second nature at this point he probably doesn't even realise it - nor does the cashier.
Was into the hardcore punk scene big time as a teen (this is from his bio). If you ask him about his youth this is all he'll be talking about. He was a troublemaker and a loud mouth and was often involved in fights. Way more than his police record shows.
Otter has sort of a... selective patience. He's incredibly smart but has a short temper, while still actually being quite calculated. Sometimes he gets frustrated by his own explosive temper.
Wyatt is special to him. Very. Maybe the only person he actually cares about.
Has a massive issue with authority as a whole. Otter needs to be in the army (he needs the structure in his life) as much as he abhors it. He absolutely cannot stand Price.
He learns about any skill extremely quickly, way more than average, and especially physical skills. He's very dexterous.
Sober from alcohol specifically but it took years, rehab and relapses. He still smokes, amidst other stuff.

Shortest temper in the entire world. He escalates quickly and rarely ever backs down. Nothing can impress him.
Actually a good cook. Otter LOVES spice and handles it really well. He likes making dishes for him and himself only, by putting a shitton of hot sauce or hot chili pepper in it.
Eavesdrop all the time, and actually more often than not uses it for good actions.
Hates being proven wrong to an unhealthy extent. He'll go out of his way, lie or even gaslight someone to prove that He's Right (even if he isn't)

This is so extremely open... ok I will take this opportunity for. I have never written Otter (mw19) headcanons (shame!!!) so here is one (1) Otter headcanon:
Due to his behaviour he's rarely taken super seriously but he really should, because he's brutally efficient AND incredibly smart. Probably a lot smarter than average actually. He's got a lot of issues and personal traits that make him a very poor candidate for school or anything requiring really good discipline, but he's capable of virtually anything out of sheer spite.
