On-Loan Employee Policies
As per the legislation in addendum 67.g of all employee contracts, any individuals reporting to a member of our organisation in any capacity, are required to adhere to any and all policies in place for permanent employees.
This includes health checks, salary adjustments, benefit adjustments, employee reviews, career goal interviews, KPI upkeep, skills matrix check-ins, mandatory online and in-person training, etcetera.
Any queries or concerns should be raised at the earliest convenience to a member of the HR Admin team.
