Indulge in the delightful fusion of classic tiramisu and rich chocolate brownies with this Tiramisu Brownies recipe. The coffee-infused brownie base is layered with a luscious mascarpone mixture and finished with a dusting of cocoa powder. It's a perfect treat for coffee and chocolate lovers alike!
Ingredients: 1 box of brownie mix. 1/4 cup strong brewed coffee. 1/4 cup coffee liqueur such as Kahlua. 1 cup mascarpone cheese. 1/4 cup powdered sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 cup heavy cream. 2 tablespoons cocoa powder. Shaved chocolate or chocolate curls for garnish optional.
Instructions: Follow the directions on the brownie mix to get your oven ready. Do what it says on the box to make the brownie mix, but use 1/4 cup of strong brewed coffee and 1/4 cup of coffee liqueur instead of water. Put the brownie batter into a baking pan that has been greased and bake it as directed on the package. Allow it to totally cool down. Mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract should all be mixed together in a bowl. Mix until everything is smooth and well mixed. Whip the heavy cream in a different bowl until stiff peaks form. Mix the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture slowly until it's all mixed in. Make a smooth layer of the mascarpone mixture on top of the brownies that have been allowed to cool. Spread the cocoa powder on top of the mascarpone. You can add shaved chocolate or chocolate curls as a garnish if you want to. Put the Tiramisu Brownies in the fridge for at least two hours before you serve them. Cut it up into squares and enjoy!
