The Cocoa Butter Kisses Prophecy of Baby Boo via The Fall of David (dah/vihd not day-vid). BOOK I - PROLOGUE & CHAPTER 1
PROLOGUE
Taken from Danny Clarkson’s diary
24.03.1444
…Over 10 years ago, I conquered a vast and established land which would come to be known as ‘Baby Boo Island’. What my prodigies did not know was that by the time I’d be writing this, my heart would be suffering from a fatal disease, leading them to take control of this nation. If any of my prodigies are reading this, it means that I, Papa Clarkson, am dead.
“It was the last of our founding father which we had ever heard of. It’s kept here in the depths of our school, ensuring its preservation”
She gently lifts her gaze through the curtains of her red hair, her glossy eyes about to spill with tears of longing and grief.
CHAPTER 1
The talk of the town was all about the exclusive invites sent by Baby Boo Island. For the decades they had been constructing their sanctuary, outsiders were completely shut out, exiled on the spot.
Whilst sitting at the bar mindlessly sipping my brandy that was too expensive to disregard, I couldn't help but overhear my co-workers discuss this newly revealed land like it was any sort of ordinary vacation– but I had been studying the secrets of this island since I’d ever first come to heard of it. Papa Clarkson, real name Danny, first claimed the land when he was solo-travelling around his home country. He came from a past of familial abuse in which adventuring was his escape, and naturally, Baby Boo Island opened up a new life for him, in which he established the Papa’s Prodigies Literature School. Over the course of around fifteen years, scouts selected a lucky 12 to be his main prodigies. The names of the prodigies have not been disclosed as of yet. Additionally, there are already some regular civilians on the land which have likely come from any surrounding isles, for Clarkson was one of a kind. A saviour, always willing to help out those in deep trouble. That's one of the only clear things you can get out of his published book, ‘Clarkson’s Tale’. Besides that though, he didn’t reveal as much as I would’ve wanted to discover upon first picking this book up.
Sorry…I’m just rambling now. Back to where I was.
