Ari Swan combines violin (and other strings) with vocals to create a sound that cites classical influences, as well as experimental and pop music sonorities.
As a teacher, Ari focuses on anti-oppressive pedagogies and subjects. She currently works as a music improvisation instructor, where she focuses on how music can allow youth who are marginalized by the system speak up (in music and in life).

keivan shamami : keivan is a montreal-based film student and artist, particularly interested in archival film practices, as well as depictions of border-crossing in visual arts.
guillaume vallée : guillaume is interested in radical forms of moving images in analogue forms as a way of considering the direct interaction between different mediums. his work is an exploration of materiality within the creative process. in attempts of creating a more complex relationship with his subject matter, vallée makes use of cross-medium forms that range from camera-less techniques to optical effects, glitch, video feedback, usually with found-footage, often resulting in surreal and chaotic imagery. vallée is exploring the possibilities of magnetic video tape and creates hybrid video and performative work based on the materiality of these analogue supports. Guillaume Vallée's completing a PhD in Études et Pratiques des Arts at UQAM, is research topics are the actual Montreal's artistic subculture in the Mile-End area, the recycling of technology and the utopic nature of collaboration. http://www.gvallee.com/
diplômé de l'Université Concordia en cinéma d'animation et titulaire d'un MFA in Studio Arts - Film Production option, guillaume vallée s'intéresse à toutes formes radicales de l'image en mouvement. son travail fait usage de différentes techniques dites sans caméra, de manipulations optiques, distorsions numériques, avec principalement du found footage, pour créer des paysages chaotiques et surréels. en tant qu’artiste multidisciplinaire, vallée s'intéresse aussi à la matérialité de la bande magnétique et à la modification en direct de signaux vidéos et travail sur l'hybridité analogique film/vidéo en vue de créer une symbiose entre ces médiums et de l'appliquer dans des œuvres performatives et vidéographiques. guillaume vallée complète un doctorat en Études et Pratiques des Arts à l'UQAM, avec comme sujets de recherche la sous-culture artistique actuelle dans le quartier Mile-End, le recyclage technologique et le concept de collaboration utopique.
