BACKGROUND ART: COBBHEIST SHAW’S FAMILY HOUSE

Hello everyone!

This week we’re sharing more re-designed backgrounds for the town of Cobbheist. This time we focused on Shaw’s family house. Some of the interior shots were left pretty much the same, only working on the contrast and giving it a bit of a push in the light department. The Shed and House exterior have more work done. We’ve once again included the old art so you can better compare.

We’re also including an example of overlays we’ll be using to create certain background effects without having to include complete “raining” images (like we did during the first demo).

Hello everyone!

This week we’re sharing the new (re-designed) backgrounds for the town of Cobbheist, where three of our protagonists used to live when they were younger. Shots of Cobbheist’s Church (exterior) were the first set of backgrounds we worked on, so they looked pretty dated against the later ones, so a redesign was in order. We’ve included the old art so you can better compare.
