I coach multiple sports, and I coach people through their health journeys. The rewards are so much more than a paycheck. The smiles on my kid's faces when they get a faster mile time or finally hit that shot. The messages I receive from my clients telling me they feel the most confident they have in years or that they were able to keep up with their grandkids. Man, it puts joy in my heart and a pep in my step every time.
