Sylvia Egel, US Director of Coaching and Education, suggests using Schuessler Salt No. 8.
This product worked for Sylvia and she highly recommends using Schuessler Salt No. 8 if you are craving sugar, bread or any other food not on your plan.
In the book, Nimm's Leicht, the author suggests taking a dose three times a day thirty minutes before eating a meal. If you are feeling extreme cravings, try dissolving ten tablets in hot water and sipping it every two minutes.
