Why would he though? Like. They do know c!Sam hates c!Dream for a reason??? Like not to blame c!Dream at all for the prison situation it’s fucked but c!Sam was established in canon as a very kind and caring individual it’d make no sense for him to just suddenly start starving c!Dream for no reason. It seems incredibly likely to me that c!Dream revealing what he did to c!Tommy, someone c!Sam cared for and tried to protect ever since all the way back in Manburg, would be what caused it.
