#cluster 01

The procedure followed for you must be different from the ones that have so far been handled. The group is split into twos, with Dominika and Sigurd on one side, and Gilbert and Larysa on the other. The former mustn’t exert themselves to remove all clothing and lie in a pod, but they are asked to remove any piece of clothing that covers their arms. If this includes their shirts, then so be it. Rolling up your sleeves won’t do. Mod Bayonet appears from a single steeled door with two assistants, each carrying a large bucket of water. 

“Stick your hands in,” she instructs the experienced two. They already are connected to each other, and the initial process of harmonizing can be skipped over. The other two, are however, asked to fall into place, and relax in the pods. The buckets, though they look plain, are wirelessly connected to the pods, after a serious of precarious beeps. Bayonet mumbles something about how these devices had to be shipped over from PIERCE HQ, with the slightest hint of annoyance. 

Beilschmidt and Chernienko lie in the lukewarm water in the pods, and are asked to close their eyes. It won’t last more than a minute, Bayonet assures, although she can feel the mistrust. One of the lab assistants closes the roofs of the pods above the two, just after muttering a ‘relax’, barely heard. To Nilsen and Arlovskaya are asked to let go of their thoughts as well. To not think, even for a second, about their earlier initiation or their old Clustermates, no matter how frustrating or difficult that may be. 

After a exactly 6 and a quarter minutes, the pods let out a wave like note of music, and the water begins to drain. The pods open up, hands are retracted from the water, and all four of them gather for the demonstration. 

After whispering a short apology to those that have already felt this pain, Bayonet stamps on Larysa’s foot with her reinforced rubber boots. Each of you cry out in sudden shock and grip your foot with great difficulty. Each one of you feel annoyance, but relief, a clash of emotions that feels hot and cool within you. 

“Now I’m sure you are all eager to find out about your new mission, because I know I am.” Francisco says, leaning back on one of the seats. “I did promise you all no kidnapping, so I do hope you all follow my orders.” 

“And my orders as well.” Isabella appears, a smile on her face. “Cluster 01, you are with me. Cluster 03, you are with Francisco.” Cluster 01 looks relieved—while Cluster 03? Annoyed. It’s understandable, anyone would prefer Isabella over Francisco any day.

Isabella and Francisco lead them towards the simulation rooms, opening them up and then gesturing you all to enter. “One person per room.” Francisco says, a grin on his face. “We wish to achieve the next level of your bond, so that means you can’t be face to face!”

After a few minutes, all the agents are in their ‘own’ simulation room, the television screen appearing before them. It was just like the first mission, except they were alone, the room was just dark, and the only thing illuminating it was the light of the screen.

Cluster 01′s television screen shows Isabella, while Cluster 03′s shows Francisco. Either way, they both say the same thing.

“You are locked in the simulation room. In order to achieve telepathic communication, we will put you all through a stressful situation. You will be going to face your greatest fear—and no, this is not your dark secret, just what you fear the most.”

The room begins to light up.

“Once you conquer your fear, you will notice a word, either appearing in your mind or you just get an instinct. Either way, that will be the key to getting you out. Once all your cluster members get a word, try to communicate telepathically because all your words will form a sentence, and that sentence will be the code to unlock the doors.”

Now the room starts to warp and change around.

“Good luck, agents. Remember, conquer your fears.”

And the screen turns off.

Alright so here is how this will go down.

I know Mod Isabella and Mod Francisco mentioned fears to Cluster 01 and Cluster 03, and I do hope you all took that seriously.

Cluster 01 and Cluster 03, you will not being doing a 4-way roleplay, simply because it’s impossible to do. Instead you will be doing a drabble. Reason why is because you can’t exactly roleplay this since they aren’t in the same room and you can’t speak telepathically. So drabble is the way to go.

This is about your muse and their fear. This will also help you develop your muse, so think hard on this, you have 5 days.

What this drabble will consist of is:

Your muses biggest fear forming in some way. Ex. If your muse is scared of open water, then the room changes into an ocean and all that. If your muse is scared of being judged, well they are now in a court room or something like that. Remember, this is a simulation room so you can go all out. 

Your muse must be able to conquer their fear in some way. That really depends on what you believe conquering their fear will be like. 

Feel free to make it stressful as you want. Do tag your triggers and make it as long as you want, though do put it in a readmore if it’s too long.

You all have 5 days to write your drabbles. Once the drabbles are done, the mods will send you a word. After that you can just send each other asks with the word or make a lit/script rp where you all began to speak telepathically. Talk to your cluster about that.
