Throwback to a week and some change ago after a great talk with @blacksushiboi . He was right when he said it’s important to acknowledge when you’re feelin’ yourself; to praise yourself and remember how far you’ve come.

My good friend @anenomeae also constantly reminds me of this, too. There were more than a few times where she’s emphasized the importance of celebrating as much as you can, and bc of that I almost always feel like I’m already winning. It’s as though, practicing this, more of it just sort of manifests into my life. Pretty m y s t e r i o u s, if you ask me 😏 But I’m HERE for it
