#clumsy words

I want nights spent lost in the abyss of your devotion and late mornings spent in the ocean of your rest. I want minutes spent laughing at you and decades spent laying on your chest. You are so beautiful and calming and special and, mine. Your love is so divine and your soul is so rich and distinct and comforting. You are the reason I know of forever, and my eyes are forever so deeply entangled with yours everytime you lay me bare and gaze and gaze and take what is so yours. You take me in, and shake me around and leave me breathless and grab me again. And again. And again. You toss me and turn me and emancipate me from the lies I was fed. You are truth: walking, breathing, blinking, touching, me. You are everything I never knew I wanted and everything I haven't the strength to lose. You are so wonderfully you, and I am so wonderfully engulfed in you. And together we just are so wonderful. So right. As I've gotten older I've realised that nothing ever really makes sense anymore, but you and I- we just do.  We just are.  -Certainties, Renata Waithe
