aw that is super cute!! lavender and green makes sense, those are my two favorite colors - well lavender not so much anymore, but it was when we were younger. :>
(but mostly i am pleased that you still associate me with those, i lean towards pastels a lot IRL)

bonus headcanon: he gets that cool prosthetic from the Sera endcard so that his left hand is a crossbow and he can still defend himself when he is definitely with Dorian in Tevinter
Yes! I’m thinking Dorian and Dagna design it, with input from Aeric and Sera about how it might work for archery. Switchable hands and gadgets can lock into place on a metal base. Aeric stubbornly prefers a bow and arrow, instead of a crossbow and bolts, so they build one attachment that can hold a bow in it. But they have a crossbow one too, just in case. (Sera also has many graphic suggestions about other ‘attachments’, with pictures she drew, which makes Dorian blush and sputter but he scribbles down the ideas quickly for future reference.)
The arm prosthetic itself is enchanted with a bit of Force magic so that Aeric can move the arm and fingers at will if he concentrates, but it’s not 100% reliable.
