Making Wassail: The apple is all stuck through with cloves (so gorgeous!). Into the put on medium low heat it goes, add your apple juice, 4 cinnamon sticks, a pinch of ground ginger, a few tosses of allspice, whatever citrus fruits you have available (I cut up to tiny clementines and a lime), and later to taste you can add hot water (I added 1 cup).
