CLOULESS & CO. BUSTED IN ANOTHER LIE...
Guam Congressman Michael San Nicolas calls out local Customs & Quarantine director for ordering his agency to illegally confiscate CBD products purchased through mail or carried in luggage to Guam.
In a media release over the weekend, San Nicolas said that Guam Customs and Quarantine agency is seizing Cannibidiol, or CBD, products without due process.
Numerous island businesses and residents have had thousands of dollars of CBD products illegally confiscated under the orders of Customs director Ike Peredo, despite the products legal status, according to Federal law.
CBD oils are purely medicinal in nature, and extracted from the hemp plant and do not get people high or present a risk of addiction of any kind.
Peredo lied to the Congressman in a letter, claiming the confiscations were ordered by the Dept of Public Health. However, Public Health director Linda DeNorcey confirmed to the Congressman that her agency never issued such an order to Customs.
Ike Peredo has been dodging media calls for comment.
So, now the question is...will the businesses and island residents who have had their purchases illegally taken by Peredo and his bunch at C&Q be returning the items? Or have the items âdisappearedâ?
