Delay in Receiving Cloud Tokens:

Cloud Token Wallet users have experienced non-fulfillment of their daily cloud tokens on 10th August. Later it was clarified by the company that this delay in receiving of cloud tokens was due to the testing  of atomic swap feature which was going in the background of application. Later all the users have received their tokens. (11th Aug 2019)

Deposit Address warning From The Company:

When depositing cryptocurrency from third party platform, please double confirm that the cloud wallet deposit address is the exact same cryptocurrency wallet from the third party platform. We will not be able to assist users in retrieving funds when the case of the wrong type of cryptocurrency is being deposited into the cloud wallet please be extremely careful of any transaction on blockchain. Network Congestion of Nodes:

Jarvis is experiencing a large number of entering as our members are expanding in a rapid scale, which had lead to a network congestion of the nodes. As the network data traffic is undergoing a Swift scale of expansion, the system needs time to adjust, locate and solve problems accordingly.  Therefore users may experience delay in entering or exiting Jarvis, we are working very hard to tackle the issue and users should be able to join or exit Jarvis in a short period of time. CTO/USD pair has changed to CTO/USDT:

The pairing of CTO/USD had been changed to CTO/USDT. As the value of USDT fluctuates in real-time, the value of CTO to USDT will also fluctuate, The value of USDT in the app is supported by coinmarketcap service, a neutral third party website that tracks most of the cryptocurrencies that had hit market. The change had been implemented with immediate effect and the value of CTO is now reflected in USDT. (20th July 2019)

All users of ethereum wallet addresses are securely moved to your unique new address as well as the Export Private key function has been activated.
