*Sephiroth claims another victory yet again*

Sephiroth: That was entertaining...but know full well that I am a cut above you. A cut above each and every single one of you.

Palutena (appearing out of nowhere): Does that includes gods and goddesses such as myself?

Sephiroth: Are you really that desperate to test me?

Palutena: I dunno. Cloud always seemed liked it. Yet he’s always remained above you.

*Sephiroth’s eyes widen hearing this*

Sephiroth (chuckles, grips his blade): ...Is that what you think?

Palutena (giggles, grips her staff): I don’t think...I know.

*The two rush at each other, and then...!*

*Two days later*

Sephiroth (walking next to his new girlfriend): Hm. What a rather irksome brat.

Palutena (walking next to her new boyfriend): I know, right? Talk about a living headache.

Sephiroth: I mean, I myself can understand where she’s getting at, but she doesn’t have to be so irritating.

Palutena: You think you can solve a problem such as her?

Sephiroth: Oh, please. *Holds Palutena’s hand* Compared to my lifelong goals, hers is nothing but a literal childish tantrum.

Palutena (grips Sephiroth’s hand): You said it.

*Two duo walk off happily into the sunset, but little do they know, another couple has been spying on them*

Cloud: ...I hate this. I absolutely hate this. I despise this so much that I’m-

Lucina: Cloud!

Cloud: Hm?

Lucina: I understand you despise seeing the two of them together, but...what if she’s keeping him in check?

Lucina: That Lady Palutena will keep a close eye on your enemy that she’ll make absolutely sure he doesn’t do anything drastic and attempt to kill us all like he attempted to the first time!

*Cloud takes a while to think about this, then calms down*
