Get The Finnemore Look

It's Sunday, but there's no Sunday Papers and it's raining cats and dogs outside, so that can only mean one thing... yes, it's time to shop John Finnemore's wardrobe again!

This week John has been showing off his legs in shorts - but what particularly caught my eye were the rather fancy navy polka dot socks he was wearing with them. Someone who had seen des chaussettes in person (apologies, I forget who) then pointed out that actually, they're not polka dots, they're clouds. I've zoomed in as much as I can, and although it's impossible to tell whether or not they're clouds, you can tell that they're the wrong shape to be polka dots. 

I don't think these are the exact same socks (the clouds look to be slightly different shapes), but I did find these very nice navy cloud patterned socks from Topman, now only available from Nordstrom. Topman UK also has a very similar pair of navy polka dot socks, so if you prefer spots to stratocumulus, you can still "get the Finnemore look".
