           The sudden crescendo of her consciousness             brought Belle into an upright position. She sat            alone in an unfamiliar room. The only light coming            from few scattered lamps around the walls.

    Where am I?

           All the young maiden could remember was falling            asleep in the comfort of her own bed. The question            of how she got to this mysterious dungeon was            almost as daunting as the cold abyss that surrounded            her. She scanned the room for answers, however            none seemed to present themselves.

           Sounds of rattling locks from the cast iron door called            for Belle’s attention. Someone was behind that door,            and Belle had an unwavering feeling that with this            unknown figure’s presence came danger.
