â   Merlin -- Granger has been drivinâ me nuts  .   â   his thoughts sour in replacement of the hours  &  hours of business that kept him on his feet . taking that badge was a mistake . but taking it had seen his fathers face glow in a way he never had . it was enlightening , freeing . however , his head finds itself thrown back , sunken grey lying beneath lids that grew far too heavy .
but Pansy was his escape she always had been . . . at least she normally was . settling in the couch of the commons room , the Malfoy expected her to cozy up to join him in complaining about their shared thorn . but the look on her face says otherwise .  â   whatâs that face for ?  â
