Trying to write a fic that is EVENTUALLY going to be Zack x Aerith x Cloud x Tifa but...
Zack and Cloud keep fighting ๐ญ
It seems every few scenes the two of them are arguing... Typically about Cloud working for Avalanche or Zack refusing to keep his head down so Shinra won't find and kill him (Zack doesn't get along with Barret because he has people in Shinra who he cares for and he can't believe Cloud would willingly kill innocents just for a paycheck...)
Like obviously both of them make valid points: Zack going out puts his life at risk, Zack is still healing from the fight with Shinra, he's not at his peak! Especially since he's going to see AERITH...aka someone who is watched by the Turks if it weren't for the fact that Zack is friends with several of them, including Tseng, that would be really dangerous! BUT Cloud is being unreasonable by asking him to stay in that tiny ass apartment! Staying in Sector 7 is slightly more reasonable, but Zack can't NOT go visit Aerith after not seeing her in years! Cloud is also attracting WAY more attention than Zack is. And he's being immoral while he does it!
Obviously i know that Cloud is worried about his safety, and Zack is concerned about the change in Cloud's personality.
But even as a writer I'm worried that they are going to think their friendship, which has gotten them through so much together, is breaking down...and poor Cloud doesn't even understand WHY!!
