Spell Jar for a clear mind and clear decisions
Here it is, my first spell jar! I made this for a friend with the intention of her being able to focus and have a clear mind, and to have the strength to make clear decisions in a time of change and confusion. So, here’s what’s in it!
Salt - for purification
Mint - for change, and energy
Cloves - for clarity of the mind
Lavender - for soothing and protection
Chamomile - to reduce stress
Rosemary - for healing, mental power, and confidence
Sage - for emotional and physical health, and clear decision making
Basil - to dispel confusion and fear
Fennel seeds - for strength and courage
Ginger - to add strength and speed to the mix
If you want to seal this bottle with wax, it would be a good idea to light the candle before you start. I layered each herb, pouring the intent of each into the bottle as I went. If you’re doing this for yourself, and have particular questions you want to focus on, it might be helpful to write those down before you start. You can keep them with the bottle when it’s complete, or maybe burn them with the candle you’re going to seal the bottle with before you blow it out to seal the bottle.
I decided to place mine on the ace of swords card with a piece of selenite on top to charge it. Both of these promote clarity and aid in decision making :)
This is my first spell jar, so I hope it’s okay. If any more experienced witches wanted to chime in with advice or constructive criticism, feel free! Or if you want to recreate this bottle/tweak it and make one, I’d love to see what you come up with.
