Since my parents got me the Cuisinart spiralizer for my birthday zucchini have never been the same! I have yet to try out any other veggies but here is a quick snap shot of what I made for dinner the other night.... yes another curry. It's not all I eat but I do enjoy making them! My parents taught me how to make them from scratch (learnt from the best) and knowing what goes into my food is something I like to keep an eye on. Curry's are such an easy thing to make and I save the leftovers for another day by freezing them.
