You picked up on an element I considered, but wasn’t totally convinced by; I think I could be swayed in believing that it was intentional basis, but here’s what I’d written in the script about Riku’s disinclusion:

for the MDAs, I think I'm just going with a simple black dress that's lowkey a hand-me-down from my sister 🙈 I was gonna go for like a blazer + cool slacks and button up combo, but I ended up not buying the right sizes, so dress it is!
