Cymphony Tracer
It looks like one of today’s (April 11 2015) Daily Deviations on deviantART has some similar themes to Cymphonia’s art. Granted, I know Cymphonia/Cymphony has traced in the past, but this is the most relevant photo and comparison I could find:

The flowers scattered in cherinova’s picture are also similar. The colors don’t match with the hydrangeas in the foreground. Other similarities in themes and style include girls immersed in water with similar facial structures, eye separation ratio, and smile.
I can't find Cymphony's/Clavie's Twitter. Did she change her Twitter ID or...?
