These are the times with dad that I want to remember. 🎶 Dad’s music shaped my childhood. This song in particular he has always loved to rock out to. He just loves it. We share similar tastes in music (though not exactly the same) but dad comes from an era with some of the most classic, timeless rock and pop. And I’m really grateful he’s shared that with me. Dad was also cool enough to not limit what I listened to (his only rule was no rap in his house...which he only caught me listening to once 😂) so I grew to love a huge variety of music, and was known for it while I was at boarding school. I had a CD library so huge people borrowed them from me and I had to make a sign out sheet 😆 now those CDs are in a closet somewhere but maybe someday I will take them out again and rock out like dad does with his records. Music = memories. So I don’t listen to much of the music that was the soundtrack to certain parts of my life. But the songs like this one from my childhood?
