The enchantingly beautiful Radcliffe Camera library - Oxford, England

Berrington Hall - Herefordshire, England
Berrington's parkland is one of the finest examples Capability Brown's landscape architecture. Brown actually selected the site for the property prior to beginning work on the gardens. The house itself was designed by Henry Holland, who was to go on to build Carlton House for the Prince Regent. The plain neoclassical exterior belies the lavishness of the interior. The stair case hall, seen here, demonstrates "an extraordinary ability to use perspective and space to dramatic effect, as in an engraving by Piranesi".
The house is open to the public via the National Trust.
Howick Hall - Northumberland, England
The home of Earl Grey tea.
"The tea was specially blended by a Chinese mandarin for Charles, 2nd Earl Grey, to suit the water from the well at Howick, using bergamot in particular to offset the taste of the lime in it. Lady Grey used it in London when entertaining as a political hostess, and it proved so popular that she was asked if it could be sold to others, which is how Twinings came to market it and it is now sold worldwide. Sadly the Greys, being unbusinesslike, failed to register the trade mark and as a result they have never received a penny in royalties."

Brympton d'Evercy -Somerset, England.
In 1927 the British magazine Country Life published a set of three articles on the house, in which Christopher Hussey, near the start of his 50-year career as a notable architectural authority and documentor of British country houses, described Brympton d'Evercy as:
"The most incomparable house in Britain, the one which created the greatest impression and summarises so exquisitely English country life qualities".
This beautiful home is available as a wedding venue.
