so Mass Inspiration. the Bard must be at least level 5.  its an action not a bonus action. it uses up all of their inspiration die. and if failed the Bard can gain a point in fatigue or up to the DM, can loose their voice temporarily (a turn or two or rest of day) or break their instrument. cannot be done if you cross class.   it stabilizes unconscious party members, the bard  need to roll a d20, with advantage, for that. if its higher than 10 then they are stable.  so if the whole party but the Bard is down  and the bard rolls well the whole party is stable. those who are prone but with health can get up, on the bards turn or their own without it using any movement or action. doesn't apply to party members made stable it also brings back the bards charisma bonus in health so if the bard has +5 Charisma its heals 5 hit points or 1 hit point for 5 party members depending on the DM.  and the whole party gets advantage on their next attack roll. only on attack rolls.  at tenth level the bard can use a concentration check with a 15 or higher. the party, except the bard themselves, are immune to poison and sleep and take half any elemental damage.   at 20th level they are impervious to all damage and effects for as long as the bard can keep up their concentration. again none of this applies to the bard themselves.  to get a Mass Inspiration the player must roll a die 15 or above, or alternatively the player can actually  either sing an inspirational song or at least find it on youtube and play it. and if the DM agrees that its inspirational or good enough of a song fitting for the moment can they do the mass inspiration. you don’t need to tell the DM your going to sing or play a song just at the start of your turn do it.   for example; if a player started to play this on their phone or Ipad at the start of their turn...
