#clarify things?

Fun times with Emily now.

I have this friend who recently broke up with his more recent girlfriend. And he almost immediately gravitated towards me. At the time we were both in a show together so we saw each other almost every day.

There was about a week and a half in between closing night and school starting, so we didn't see each other for that entire time. Now I go back to school and expect it to be all the same, flirty, comfortable relationship that it had been before.

Plot twist: he's "met" this other girl (by met I mean has been texting her but they've never met face-to-face? I actually don't know that much about the situation but he said that he's "obsessed with her")

But just now he's sending me these flirty texts and I'm so confused? Basically it's just ruined me because of my anxiety. I know there's this other girl that he is "obsessed" with but he's still flirting with me? The fact that there's another variable in the situation because I know that I have to play my cards perfectly in order for anything to happen and holy shit that's stressful.
