Today, I was at home and my sister and mom both text me to ask if I heard about a shooting at the Clackamas mall, about 20 minutes away from my own home. I turned on the TV and watch as I hear the chilling facts and the horrific shooting that took place at place I know well and been to many times.
All Im saying is, don't take anyone or anything for granted. The people who died tonight, had no idea today could be their last day. Their love ones would have probably said a few more things if they knew this was happening, They would have spent more time realizing, what was there's is no longer on this earth.
It's scary to think, that after my boyfriend drop me off tonight, who knows if he got home safe. What if my own mother, was at the mall and was one of the 7 that were hit by the bullets? What if that was my best friend? My Sister? We must realize how much we take for granted in this world. Just because you wake up this morning, doesn't mean you will be tonight.
Let go of those grudges you hold against people, don't go to bed mad because is that really what you would want your relationship to end like if you knew that was your last time to see them? Love someone so much that you can't give anymore. Forgive because life's too short and too sweet to think that someone who means the world to you, will wake up tomorrow.
