This is my biggest dream, I’m definitely going to do this.

I’m getting a musical instrument! I’m gonna get a ukulele and a guitar, I’m really excited. I love singing and love to play music.

I am so excited to be applying to college. The one I am particularly interested in right now has a lot of programs for studying abroad and going to Korea is my #1 pick right now! If I do go I will definitely be posting pictures and stuff!

Korean consonants and vowels are pretty interesting. First of all, things that you take for granted in the English language like spacing and phonics are not to be taken lightly in Hangul. At least for right now its pretty hard to read stuff like 젵. I can sound out each one individually though. Well vowel combinations still need working on.

Well let’s see how this blogging thing goes. I wanted to start a blog to kind of document my journey into my Korean background. I’m excited because I’ve never really learned much about it. I’m actually learning Korean right now from a wonderful tutor who recently immigrated to America. Here’s hoping!

I’ll be using this as I want, so it will be kind of like a diary and I’ll also be posting photos on here as well (that’s what tumblr is for, right?) Before I post anything and get into the swing of things, let me just get out of the way that if you don’t like what I post, you aren’t interested or find a reason to take the piss out of it. Don’t even bother, you’ll be wasting your time and I don’t have time to be dealing with your hate :)
