Since you do oc stuff I thought I'd try my hand at designing one of my own
This is fable (he/they)
They lived in alola and by the time they became old enough to get their own partner pokemon (a little cutiefly that is somehow way stronger than it looks) the main storyline is already mostly finished so they just get to watch as someone else saves the day, and they are completely fine with watching from the sidelines and taking care of their pokemon.
At least until arceus decides to throw him into hisui.
And now they have to go through the entire storyline of legends arceus so they can go home. But at least they are able to take their hisuian team back to alola with them when they are able to return.
